PCFA Board of Directors spent a day working on our strategic plan. We mapped out our priorities and projects that we will focus on over the next 3-5 years.

Describe lasting and relevant impact to the OFA membership.

The impact that this planning has left us with is a clearer direction and focus that aligns with board members and staff. Prioritizing key initiatives and our mission to the members and the community will more likely trust and support our organization. We were able to highlight strengths and gaps in board capacity, encouraging collaboration and shared understanding. Strategic planning has also helped us to align budget with goals, identify cost saving opportunities and plan for staffing and operational needs based on future demands.
