Middlesex County Leadership Development Event on Conversation Facilitation: i.e. how to lead a conversation, encourage members to share their experiences and build relationships.

Project Partners:

Hiring the services of Paige Allen, Provincial Coordinator of The Ontario Soil Network to conduct the training.

Describe lasting and relevant impact to the OFA membership.  

• It is critical to have leaders who know what the goal of the discussion is, can engage participants and help steer the direction of the conversation without dominating.
• Encourage / strengthen communication with area FAs and other community leaders.
