Team OFA was busy on the ground this week as we exhibited at the Economic Developers Council of Ontario’s 2022 Conference and the 2022 East Central Farm Show.

At EDCO2022 Joanne Fuller, Crispin Colvin and Kaylee Coverdale talked about all things agriculture and the sector’s role in economic development with municipal councillors and staff. Our Agriculture Matters guide for municipal councillors and staff was a popular hand-out amongst attendees. Together, we can partner and produce prosperity for all.

After a two-year hiatus, The East Central Farm Show at the Lindsay Exhibition was back in person this week with approximately 1,850 attendees. OFA Director of Research Jason Bent and MSR Mark Torrey had a great two days engaging in conversation with attendees on farm finance, supply chain concerns and how to become members.
