York Region Federation of Agriculture (YRFA) Agriculture Celebration – 2026
Join farmers, agribusiness, and community members for an evening celebrating agriculture complete with dinner and a classic country band.
The York Region Federation of Agriculture (YRFA) is proud to celebrate 85 years of supporting agriculture in our region. To mark this milestone, we are hosting a Celebration of Agriculture & 85th Anniversary Dinner and Dance on March 28, 2026 at the Mount Albert Lions Community Centre.
This special evening will bring together farmers, agribusiness partners, municipal leaders, and community members to recognize agriculture’s deep roots, celebrate its contributions today, and look ahead to the future of farming in York Region. The night will include a full dinner, music, dancing, and community recognition.
We look forward to celebrating agriculture’s past, present, and future—together with the people and partners who make it possible.
Tickets: $30/person (cash or cheque) and are only available to be purchased from YRFA Directors. The names of the current Directors are listed below in the Frequently Asked Questions.
