OFA submitted comments on # ERO 019-1882: Proposed regulation for a streamlined environmental assessment process for the Ministry of Transportation’s Greater Toronto Area West Transportation Corridor project. Regarding the proposed regulation for a streamlined Environmental Assessment process for the Ministry of Transportations’ GTA West Transportation Corridor project, OFA strongly recommended that an Agricultural Impact Assessments be conducted as an integral part of project planning, design, and construction.
