Farm life can be very rewarding, but it also comes with its own set of challenges. Isolation, stress, fatigue and other factors can take their toll on mental health. It’s OK to ask for help. If you or someone you know is struggling – reach out, check in and lend an ear to listen. We all deserve to get the help and support we need in times of distress.
