In this webinar, CAHRC will guide you through the HR side of hiring students—covering legal requirements, contracts, role definitions, onboarding, and available wage subsidies like Growing Opportunities. CASA will then highlight key safety considerations when bringing young workers onto the farm. This session will help farmers navigate both the employment and safety aspects of hiring youth.
