Ontario Sheep Farmers invites you to attend their 2023 Sheep Convention, Banquet, and Annual General Meeting on October 26 & 27, 2023.
Theme this year is “Towards a Stronger Future – Forward Together”
Thursday’s program focuses on market lambs, carcass quality, and differences in market demand. A panel of processors and lamb buyers will discuss how two different classes of Ontario lambs meet the criteria of their customers. Another highlight will be the lamb carcass cutting demonstration balancing retail yield with consumer preferences.
