The OFA Regional Meeting for members in Peterborough County will be hosted on October 13, 2021 at 7 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, OFA is conducting this year’s regional meeting in a virtual format.

The virtual experience of attending regional meetings will prepare delegates for OFA’s 2021 Annual General Meeting in November that will also be hosted on a virtual platform.

OFA regional meetings offer the opportunity to engage in discussions about the issues and priorities impacting the agriculture and food industry, network with local federation directors and fellow members, and support your local agricultural community

The event also includes elections for delegates and alternates to OFA’s Annual General Meeting and Policy Advisory Council (PAC) members. These positions will be representing Peterborough County at OFA’s annual meeting on November 22, 2021. These opportunities allow members to get involved in OFA’s work at a provincial level, bringing concerns, suggestions and leadership to provincial discussions.
