In The Know – Mental Health Literacy Workshop – Halton Region Federation of Agriculture
In The Know is a farm-focused mental health program for anyone who works in agriculture. This 4-hour program was developed by the University of Guelph with critical and meaningful input from farmers. This award-winning program is designed to reduce stigma, increase awareness, and empower individuals to take care of their own mental well-being and how to support others in the farm community. In the Know covers topics of:
- Recognizing signs of mental health problems
- Understanding how mental health conditions can affect people
- Knowing how to find support or help if needed
