Join friends and neighbours for an old fashioned harvest dinner and dance in the Agricultural Hall at the Almonte Fairgrounds this Saturday, October 14^th. Festivities get underway at 6 p.m. with a dinner featuring locally sourced foods. A live auction with auctioneer Frank Burns, a square dance demonstration with caller Glen Syme and the 4-H dancers, as well as live music by the Glen Silverson Band and an appearance by Town Crier Brent McLaren will round out the night. Tickets are $40 each and available at Almonte Old Town Hall, Almonte Library, Nicholson’s and Clayton General Store. Cash only, please. There will also be tickets available at the LFA AGM on Thursday, October 12^th.
