A safe start leads to success! This webinar, presented in partnership with CAHRC and CASA, will prepare young farm workers and their families for the realities of working on a farm. Learn what to expect in terms of duties and work hours, key safety training for equipment and livestock, common hazards to watch for, and how to handle insurance and liability considerations. Farmers will also learn best practices for creating a culture of safety and ensuring young workers feel comfortable reporting concerns.
