OFA provided a written submission to Ontario’s Standing Committee on Heritage, Infrastructure and Cultural Policy regarding Bill 23, More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022. The submission included OFA’s analysis and recommendations regarding the proposed changes to the Planning Act; Ontario Land Tribunal proceedings; the Conservation Authorities Act, and the Development Charges Act. It also included OFA’s response to these regulatory postings:
- ERO # 019-6163 (Proposed Planning Act and City of Toronto Act changes (Schedules 9 and 1 of Bill 23 – the proposed More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022));
