OFA’s letter to Government and Consumer Services Minister Lisa Thompson requested amendments be made to the Not-For-Profit Corporations Act to enable the continuation of the regional election of Directors to not-for-profit Boards and the election of voting Delegates at Annual General and Special Meetings.
