OFA outlined its concern that allowing licensed non-residents to hunt rabbit and hare in Lambton, Kent and Essex; and allowing licensed non-residents to hunt raccoon at night, may increase trespassing occurrences. Therefore, OFA recommended the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry educate all non-resident hunters about trespassing and on-farm biosecurity risks.
