OFA advocates for recognition of the substantial work done by the agriculture community in mitigating risks to the environment, including water resources. OFA requests that this manual be made very clear and concise to ensure that it is not open to interpretation that would be detrimental to the progress and achievements made within the agricultural community, particularly with regards to water management.
