This webinar, presented by Tim Brook, includes information on common law, the Drainage Act and the grant program, contractor licensing under the Agricultural Tile Drainage Installation Act and the tile loan program. The focus will be on how they relate to the farming community and there will be plenty of time at the end of the session for OFA member to ask questions.

Tim Brook works as OMAFRA’s Drainage Program Coordinator, where he provides leadership, oversight and engineering expertise to administer the delivery of the various aspect of the Ministry’s drainage program.
