OFA recognizes that a significant number of our members have submitted their own concerns to OMAFRA’s Freedom of Information and Privacy Coordinator (FOIaccess.omafra@ontario.ca) in response to the freedom-of-information request. Today, OFA provided its own submission to to the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs opposing the potential release of farm business information. OFA believes the names of FBR registrants should not be disclosed by OMAFRA and we share the concerns of our members.
