OFA noted that the Ontario Wildlife Rehabilitation Study Guide should recognize the impacts of wildlife damage on agriculture. OFA also noted the guide should highlight the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s existing rules regarding the release of captured and rehabilitated wildlife, and the absolute necessity for landowner permission to release captured and rehabilitated wildlife on private property.
