OFA stated its support for amending Ontario regulation 344 (Disposable Containers for Milk). This amendment would provide flexibility to milk processors to use containers that are widely accepted in recycling programs, such as Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic bottles and containers, or use containers covered by a deposit return program.
