OFA provided comments on regulatory amendments under the Clean Water Act and a proposed new regulation under the Safe Drinking Water Act. OFA stated that impacted landowners should be notified of changes to the areas identified as vulnerable, siting of new municipal drinking water wells in vulnerable areas should be prohibited, and the siting of a new or expanding municipal system must not negatively impact private wells and Permit-To-Take-Water holders.
