OFA requested delaying the linking of the Offset Credit Systems with Quebec and California until the Offset Credit System is fully operational in Ontario. OFA further requested that Ontario should follow the lead of British Columbia and Alberta by providing relief from the carbon levy on fuels used in agricultural production.
