The Middlesex Federation of Agriculture is one of 51 county and regional federations supported by OFA across the province. Middlesex Federation of Agriculture was formed in 1939 and represents the voice of agriculture in the local community. MFA advocates on behalf of 1,800 Middlesex County farmers on local agricultural issues and works to advance agriculture and the rural community through partnership, education and advocacy.

For immediate release – Local organizations donate to five area Food Banks
April 30, 2020
MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON – In response to COVID-19, two local farm groups sent donations to five area Food Banks. The Middlesex Federation of Agriculture and the Grain Farmers of Ontario (District 4 – Middlesex) each donated $ 1,000.00.
The Board of Directors for both organizations recognize the importance of supporting our local food banks, especially in this increased time of need. In the letter sent with each cheque, these groups also expressed their gratitude to the Food Bank, for the valuable work they do in our rural communities.
