The Ontario Federation of Agriculture’s (OFA) Proud to Lead committee encourages OFA members to get engaged in leadership project through the Proud to Lead “Involve” Fund. The funding initiative is available for county and regional federation leadership event sponsorships.

The “Involve” Fund was developed to help promote and support new training and engagement events for OFA members. The program presents a great opportunity for county and regional federations to increase visibility in their local communities while engaging OFA members and promoting membership.

OFA’s Proud to Lead committee has sponsored events including member appreciation dinners, anniversary celebrations, sporting events, agri-business tours and educational training seminars.

The program is funded by contributions from OFA, Farm Credit Canada and other sponsors from local federations.
