
Maaike Campbell was elected to the Ontario Federation of Agriculture board in 2025 as the director representing farmers in Lambton and Middlesex counties. Together with her husband and children, she farms near Watford, raising beef cattle and broiler chickens and growing crops.
Maaike is the secretary of the Grain Farmers of Lambton County and a director on the board of the Prairie Swine Centre at University of Saskatchewan. Previously, she also served as Vice Chair of Ontario Pork and Chair of the Ontario Agricultural Commodity Council, and held director positions with Swine Innovation Pork, Pork Promotion and Research Agency, Banff Pork Seminar and the Agricultural Adaptation Council.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in agricultural business from the University of Guelph and holds a Swine Science Diploma from Iowa State University. She has also completed the Grain Farmers of Ontario – Corteva Farmer Leadership Program at Ivey Business School.
Maaike is a 4-H leader in Lambton County and enjoys travelling with her husband and kids.

Maaike serves as the OFA board liaison to Ontario Pork, Ontario Broiler, Hatching Egg and Chick Commission, and Ontario Processing Vegetable Growers.
