Every day farm vehicles and equipment travel Ontario roadways with commuters and travellers. Farm tractor and equipment traffic increases during the growing season, and peaks during spring planting and fall harvest.
These busy seasons – and the nicer weather they bring – also sees an increase in the general public driving down country roads looking to experience and explore the outdoors.
It’s situations like these that increase the potential for conflict – on roadways with slow moving vehicles and on-farm with unwanted visitors or activists. OFA would like a few minutes of your time to gather input on your experiences with road safety and on-farm security.
This survey will take 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential and will only be reported in aggregate form.
The survey is intended for OFA members and Ontario farmers. OFA members who complete the survey can enter a draw to win a portable dashboard camera from TSC Stores.
