The Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA) is a dynamic farmer led organization based in Guelph, Ontario, that enables prosperous and sustainable farms. It is the leading advocate for Ontario farmers, championing the interests of more than 38,000 farm families across the province through government relations, lobby efforts, community representation, media relations and more. With the pending retirement of Neil Currie, the OFA is conducting a search for its next General Manager (GM).
Working in close collaboration with the President, Board of Directors and Executive Committee, the GM will provide overall direction for the organization to address needs in terms of policy formulation and advocacy, and compliance with those laws and regulations which govern a not-for-profit corporation. The GM will have overall accountability for operations, financial performance, human resources and communications.
